What we do

Delivery, assembly, installation and planning

Putting furniture on a lorry is the easy part. The hard part is the planning before, and the installation after. We do both ourselves, with people we employ.

Delivery

Across Kenya. Into Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda through transport partners. We agree on the delivery date with you first.

Where and when we deliver →

Assembly

Included on every order at no extra cost. Our team builds each piece in the room it belongs in and takes the packaging away.

What assembly includes →

Customisation

We change sizes, finishes and details to suit your space. If the catalogue does not fit, we build it in our Nairobi workshop.

What we can change, and how →

Installation

We install whole floors at times that fit your working week. That includes evenings and weekends if the space is still in use.

How an installation day runs →

Space planning

We measure your space and draw a layout. It shows how many desks fit and how wide the walkways are. You get it before you order anything.

What the layout shows you →

Corporate & institutional supply

Large orders for companies, schools and institutions. We can deliver in stages and send one invoice for all of it.

Delivery, assembly and installation

One team delivers, assembles and installs

Most suppliers drop the furniture at your door and leave. We do not. The people who deliver your furniture are the same people who assemble and install it. They work to a date we agree with you.

This matters most when your office is still in use. We work evenings and weekends so your team is not disturbed. That is how we normally do it, not a special favour.

  • Our own installation team
  • Assembly included on every order, at no extra cost
  • Evening and weekend installation if your office is still in use
  • We take all the packaging away with us

Space planning and customisation

We draw a plan before we give a price

A proper furniture plan takes about two hours. It saves you costly surprises. For example, a row of desks blocking a fire exit. Or two people who cannot pass behind someone sitting at a desk.

If the plan needs something that is not in the catalogue, our Nairobi workshop builds it to your drawing. We agree a fixed price with you before we cut anything.

  • Site visit and measure in Nairobi, or further away for large orders
  • A furniture plan showing desk numbers and walkway widths
  • Custom pieces drawn and priced before we cut anything
  • Finishes matched to furniture you already own
How an order runs

Five stages, each with an agreed date

You know the price, the date and who is coming before anything is ordered.

STEP 01

Site visit and measure

We charge a small fee for the visit. It covers our transport and incidental expenses. For large orders, we also visit outside Nairobi. The fee then covers our travel and the other costs of the trip. We measure the space, take photos and note the things drawings never show. A pillar in the wrong place. A door that opens inward. Power cables you have to work around.

STEP 02

Layout and a line-by-line quote

A furniture plan showing how many desks fit and how wide the walkways are. Each item is priced on its own line. Furniture, delivery and installation are shown separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

STEP 03

Agreeing the dates

We agree on the dates with you. If your office needs to keep working, we split the job into stages. We book the lift and arrange security passes before our vehicles leave.

STEP 04

Delivery, assembly, installation

Our own team comes on the agreed date. If your office is in use, we work evenings or weekends. We take the packaging away with us.

STEP 05

Handover and support afterwards

Before we leave, we walk around the office with you and check everything. We keep spare parts in Nairobi. You keep one named person to call for as long as you have the furniture.

Corporate and institutional supply

Large orders, delivered in stages around your work

Some companies, schools and institutions order whole floors at a time. For them, we hold stock and deliver in stages on dates we agree. Then we put it all on one invoice.

If you have won a tender for office furniture, talk to us. We will work with you to supply, deliver and install the order.

  • We hold stock for you and deliver on agreed dates
  • Delivery in stages so your office keeps working
  • One invoice for everything, plus the paperwork your buyers need
  • One named person to deal with for the whole project

Questions

What buyers ask us

If your question is not here, just call and ask. You will reach a person who knows the answer.

Is assembly really included, or do you charge extra for it?

Yes, it is included on every order at no extra cost. On your quote, assembly has its own line showing zero. So you can see we have not hidden it in the furniture price. The one exception is if you collect from a showroom. Then assembly is not included.

Can you install outside working hours?

Yes. If your office is still in use, we usually recommend it. Evening and weekend installation is how we normally work on busy floors. It does not cost extra.

What happens on a site visit, and what does it cost?

One of our team measures the space and takes photos of anything in the way. Then we draw a furniture plan to scale. It shows how many desks fit and where the walkways are. We do this anywhere in Nairobi. We charge a small fee to cover our transport and incidental expenses. You do not have to buy anything afterwards.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. We deliver across Kenya. We deliver to Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda through transport partners. For larger orders outside Nairobi, our own supervisor travels with the order. For Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda, we arrange the transport and show it as a separate line on your quote. You pay any import duties and taxes in your own country.

Who pays import duty on orders to Uganda, Tanzania or Rwanda?

You do. We arrange the transport from Nairobi and show it as a separate line on your quote. So you can see exactly what transport costs. Import duties and taxes in your own country are not included in our prices. You pay them. Assembly and installation are still included. When we furnish a whole office, our own supervisor is on site.

Can you work with our architect or project manager?

Yes, we often do. Send us the drawings. We will send back a furniture plan and dates that fit your project timetable. We can come to site meetings if that helps.

Furnishing a whole office?

Start with a site visit.

One of our team measures your space and takes photos. Then we draw a furniture plan to scale, showing how many desks fit. All before you commit to anything.

  • Site visit and measure
  • Layout drawing and desk count
  • A quote with every item priced
