We are an office furniture supplier for businesses, based in Nairobi. We export from Kenya to Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. You get the same furniture, the same assembly and the same supervision as our Kenyan clients. What is different is how transport and taxes are handled. We would rather be clear about that before you order than surprise you later.
What is included, and what you pay separately
Included in our price
The furniture itself, priced in Kenya Shillings, or in US Dollars if you ask. Assembly is included on every order. When we furnish a whole office, our own supervisor is on site.
Arranged by us, paid by you
Freight from Nairobi to your building. We book it with freight partners we have worked with for years. It is shown as a separate line on your quotation, so you can see exactly what transport costs.
You pay these yourself
Import duties, VAT and any clearing fees in your own country. Your revenue authority sets these, not us. They are never included in our prices.
How an export order works
1. Tell us what you need
Send us a floor plan, a list of items, or just how many people and which city. No site visit is needed. We plan from your drawings and measurements.
2. A quotation listing every item
You get a quotation in Kenya Shillings, or in US Dollars if you ask. Furniture and freight are on separate lines. Once we know where it is going and how much there is, we confirm the shipping time on the quotation.
3. We confirm, then build
We get stock items ready straight away. Custom pieces are drawn, priced and built in our Nairobi workshop. The price is fixed and agreed before we cut anything.
4. Freight and clearing
We book the freight and give your clearing agent the paperwork they need. You pay the duties and clearing fees in your own country.
5. Delivery and assembly
Assembly is included wherever the order goes. When we furnish a whole office, our own supervisor travels with it and stays until the floor is done.
6. After the install
You get the same after-sales support, and the same person to call afterwards, as a Nairobi order. Our team takes the packaging away, so it is not left on your floor.

Countries and cities we supply
Office furniture Uganda
Most orders from Uganda are for whole floors, not single pieces, so we send everything in one load. Kampala is where most of it goes. Office chairs and workstations make up most of what we ship there.
Delivered to: Kampala, Entebbe, Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu.
Office furniture delivery from Kenya to Uganda: we arrange the freight and price it separately. You pay the duties and clearing fees in Uganda.
Office furniture Tanzania
Most orders from Tanzania come from companies, schools and programme offices buying in bulk. Dar es Salaam is where most of it goes. We give a price for each item and deliver in stages to match your move-in date.
Delivered to: Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Arusha, Mwanza, Zanzibar.

Office furniture Rwanda
Most enquiries from Rwanda come from Kigali. We build custom reception counters and boardroom tables in our Nairobi workshop, finish them, pack them in crates and ship them ready to use. Nothing needs assembling when they arrive.
