Allow 700 mm of table edge for each person, and 1000 mm of space behind each chair. The space behind the chairs is what makes a boardroom work, not the table. A twelve-seat table needs a much bigger room than most people expect. In the end, it is usually the table that has to be made smaller.
We will tell you how many seats the room can really take. We allow for space behind the chairs, and for getting the table in through the door. We visit anywhere in Nairobi. There is a small fee for the visit, which covers our transport and incidental expenses.
