Ordering

How an order works, from first contact to the finished office.

Do I have to order online, or can I just call?

Either. You can order on the site, ask for a quote, send us a WhatsApp photo of the space, or call +254 793 937 924 or +254 710 553 671 and talk to our team. Big orders usually start with a chat.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum. We are just as happy to supply one desk for a home office as a whole floor. Delivery and assembly are the same either way.

How long does a quotation take?

Usually within one working day of the site visit. The quote lists every item, with furniture, delivery and installation priced separately, so you can see what each part costs.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Yes, free of charge, until we set stock aside for you or start making a custom piece. After that it depends on the item. Call your contact as early as you can and we will tell you what is still possible.

Pricing and payment

VAT, discounts for larger orders, and how you can pay.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price on the site includes 16% VAT.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Discounts start at ten units and grow with the quantity. Send us your numbers through the quote form and we will price each item for you.

How can I pay?

Cash, M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. Paying online by card or M-Pesa is coming soon. Until then, we send you an invoice and you pay by cash, M-Pesa or bank transfer. We never see or store your card or M-Pesa details.

Is there a charge for the site visit or the furniture plan?

Yes. We charge a small fee for the site visit. It covers our transport and incidental expenses. For large orders, we also visit outside Nairobi. The fee then covers our travel and the other costs of the trip. The fee includes measuring your space and drawing up a furniture plan. You do not have to buy anything afterwards.

Delivery and installation

Where we deliver, when, and what is included.

Is assembly really included?

Yes, on every order, at no extra cost. Your quote shows assembly as its own line at zero, so you can see it is not hidden in the furniture price. The only exception is if you collect from a showroom. Then assembly is not included.

How quickly can you deliver?

Items we have in stock usually leave our warehouse within three working hours of your order being completed. Custom-made pieces take three to five weeks after you approve the drawing. In both cases we agree on the delivery date with you, so the furniture arrives when your office is ready for it.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in Kenya. For Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda we use freight partners we have worked with for years. For big orders outside Nairobi, one of our supervisors travels with the order. Transport to other countries is shown as a separate line on your quote. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by you.

Who pays import duty on orders to Uganda, Tanzania or Rwanda?

You do. We arrange the transport from Nairobi and show its cost as a separate line on your quote. Import duties and taxes in your country are not included in our prices; you pay them. Assembly and installation are still included, and our supervisor is on site when we furnish a whole office.

Can you install outside working hours?

Yes. If your office is in use, we usually suggest it. We often install in the evening or at the weekend. It does not cost extra.

What happens to all the packaging?

We take it away. Our team clears all the packaging as part of the installation, so you are not left with packaging materials everywhere.

What if something arrives damaged?

Tell our team member on site before they leave, or call your contact the same day. We replace anything damaged on the way, at our cost. We delivered it ourselves, so there is no argument about who is responsible.

Products and custom work

What we stock, what we make, and how we match furniture you already have.

Where does your furniture come from?

Most of it is imported. It is made to our design by factories we have worked with for years, and our own people check it at the factory before it ships. Around 15% is made in Kenya, in our Nairobi workshop.

Can you build something that is not in the catalogue?

Yes. That is what our workshop is for. Send us a sketch, a photo or just a description. We send back a drawing with measurements and a fixed price, usually within one working day of measuring your space. See our Where it’s made page for how it works.

Can you match furniture we already have?

Often, yes. Send us a photo of what you have. We will match the finish as closely as our range allows, or make a matching piece in our workshop.

How long does custom work take?

Three to five weeks for most pieces, once you have approved the drawing. We give you the date at the start, not at the end.

Can I see and try things before ordering?

Yes. Both showrooms have a selection of our furniture, and you do not need an appointment. For big orders we bring samples to your office, to help you decide.

After the sale

What happens after our team leaves.

What happens if something goes wrong later?

We support every order after the sale. Send a photo to the person who handled your order and we will inspect, repair or replace what needs it. We keep spare parts in Nairobi. If you want a warranty on an item, we agree it with you as part of the sale.

Can I get spare parts later?

Yes. We keep spare parts in Nairobi for everything we sell, such as wheels, gas lifts and armrest pads. A fault is usually fixed by swapping the part within a few days, so you do not need a new chair.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?

One named person who knows your order, on a Nairobi phone number. No ticket queue and no call centre.

Do you move furniture if we relocate?

Yes. We quote for taking the furniture apart, moving it and putting it back together. It is much cheaper than buying new.

Showrooms and visits

Where to find us and what to expect when you visit.

Where are your showrooms?

In the T-Mall Area in Nairobi West, off Mai Mahiu Road, and at The Mirage in Westlands, on Waiyaki Way. Opening hours and directions are on the Showrooms page.

Do I need an appointment?

No, just walk in. If you are planning a whole floor, it helps to call ahead so one of our team is free to spend proper time with you.

Is there parking?

Yes. In Nairobi West there is a parking lot beside the showroom, plus street parking. In Westlands there is visitor parking in the multi-level car park, and an attendant will show you to a reserved space. When you are in the showroom, ask us to validate your visitor pass. You need it to leave the building.

Can you come to us instead?

Yes, for bigger orders. We bring samples to your office, measure your space and draw up a layout. This is available anywhere in Nairobi for a small fee that covers our transport and incidental expenses.
